Amazing photos of the farm during the Oregon Fires September 2020

Day 1 - the winds changed; the dry air swooped in from the east instantly removing the remaining moisture in the vegetation making the conditions prime for wildfires. For 2 weeks, it was a harrowing experience.

Take Action

Our system of annual agriculture is destroying plant and animal communities and altering the climate. In transitioning from annual agriculture to perennial plantings (i.e. permaculture food forests), we can not only slow climate change but help to reverse it while feeding our communities and storing CO2 in the earth.
